    I chose it because in a simple speed training you can improve your reaction time.

    Whit it you can connect your visual information to explosive body movement, a key element in all sports.

    It is based in developing tension in the body and then relaxation in the body, it is so simple but you need to practice it. You can do it exercise when you are watching a TV on your sofa, you are gona start practicing every time when a commercial comes on, you are gona do one explosive tension and an explosive relaxation.
