Speed is the ability to move all or part of the body as quickly as possible. Speed in sport is about explosive training, for example, athletes in ball sports need to be fast while multitasking. there are differents types of running: Uniform speed, Variable speed, Average speed, Instantaneous speed

  1. Thanks to this work that I have done in the physical education subject, in which we have dealt with the subject of speed, I have realized how important it is to have a good speed rate. And not only for sports, in daily life, if for example, you have any unforeseen event, speed can help a lot. Thanks to this video I have noticed the different ways to improve our speed to have a better speed. I hope that this work will help my colleagues to improve their physical activity in the future and excel in speed, since I consider it very important in life. I did not know that the speed could be improved, but thanks to this work I have realized that this is not the case and I can improve the speed.
