Speed, exercises to get faster

    In this video, the boy explain some exercises to increase speed and get faster to run with a complete workout that requires no equipment.
    The first exercise consist in jumping opening and closing the legs and raising and lowering your arms fast. For this exercise, you have to do as fast as you can.
    The second exercise is similar of the first one, but now, with the arms you have to open and close.
    The third exercise you have to cross arms and legs jumping.
    The next exercise you have to do a squat with the arms in the head.
    The next exercise consist in run in the place, jumping and moving the arms.
    The next exercise is jumping all the time faster as high as you can. In the next you put like a squat moving the legs faster. In the next exercise you have to go walking doing squat with one leg, and changing legs. The next exercise consist in going sideways going doing also like a squat. Another exercise is to run sideways. Another exercise is to run sideways moving up the legs. The next exercise consist in run faster like ten metres. I choose this video because I see it interesting to increase speed and run faster and better.
