  1. I have chosen this video because I know some of the exercises that appear and I have practiced them. I have practiced the first one and I think it is a very simple exercise but at the same time it can give you a lot of benefits and the necessary material is not very difficult to acquire. For example exercise three seems a bit more complex to me, but for example the height of the fences can be adapted to make it much easier. I have also practiced exercise and I think it can give many benefits. I think exercise 5 is very different from the rest and I think it can give many benefits since after running without the weight behind it is much easier, it is very similar to exercise 10 but it is somewhat harder. I have practiced exercise 8 almost the same in basketball and I think the advantage of this exercise is that it also helps you with the issue of agility.

    I like your video because when you are a beginner this type of videos are the best to improve your running performance, and its good. Some exercises we do in class other days, but much better to explain why this type of exercise is important. I learn in this video one exercise, the exercise (7), and start spirt, and it stop and jump left to rigth and in the ground are a stick and he has to jump, that type of exercise has caught my attention. Thaks for this type of videos. Bye

  3. Explicó algunas posiciones que tenemos que hacer para mejorar más bien, y dio diferentes ejemplos de ejercicios. Me gusta y aprendo la parte que explica cómo tenemos que correr y tenemos que correr y levantar bien las piernas porque es muy importante a la hora de correr en atletismo. Me gusta este video es muy bueno, adiós.

  4. This is the work of my partner Alba, and thanks to him I have been able to learn about the different techniques and exercises that exist to improve speed and everything that is related. According to the other comments, these techniques and exercises help a lot to the physical activity and the health of the person who practices them and wants to improve speed. Some of the exercises included in this video have surprised me because I did not expect them to be aimed at improving speed, I have always thought that they were intended for others related to other disciplines.
