Hello I am Hugo Paredes and I have choose this video because I think this video explain very well how to improve our sprint and to do some exercises that if we do all days we are going to have more abilities in the sprint and we are going to run fast but if you do only one say you aren´t going to do nothing o a little but if you do a lot of days you are going to see a difference and you are going to be better at this. This video is also to footbolers because in football is so important have speed and sprint to run so fast and this video explain also this to the footballers and if I were a football player I will do this exercise to have more sprint. But also if ypu do other sport is so good to do this exercises and win in sprint and in the velocity of the runnings. I think that the sprint is so important in all the sports because you have to have speed reaction and react quickly and this is the sprint.
