It seems to me a very interesting video because they are things that you do but you don't take them very much into account despite being very important, in the case of the stages. It explains very well the different stages in a 100 meter dash or 60, 50 meter race. At first I thought that just running very fast would be worth it, now I realize that you have to train more things and take into account many more factors.
I also realize that sport is closely linked to physics and mathematics, without them we would not be able to calculate these records.
Hi Lucía! I decided to comment your post because I really liked the way that the man is explaining the video, as you can tell that he is doing it with a lot of passion and enthusiasm. I also enjoyed that the man used Usain Bolt as an example, and that he explained the reason why Usain got a better speed mark on the relay race (thanks to the previous acceleration). I think I have learned a lot thanks to this video because before, I did not know that a race is divided into four phases; that are the start of the race, the speed increase (acceleration), keeping the maximum speed and finally the loss of maximum speed. In my opinion I think that I have understood the video much better thanks to the use of the graphics that the man has used, because the video is much more visual, understandable, and explanatory.
