In this way it is very easy to perform the exercise well. Another positive thing about the video is that it tells you the number of repetitions you should do and the time to rest, so you can perform the exercise correctly avoiding injuries.

We do this exercises in a class and I see it very productive. The second exercise is like the first one but one crossing feet and speed at the final of the stairs. In the third and last exercise, the girl do an exercises in stairs in the floor that have three spaces in each line and go side to side fast and then, speed. I like this video because are simple exercises and they are well explained. I think this exercises are going to be good if you want to improve your speed and coordination and you can add it in your training routine.
I have chosen to comment this video because it explains very well how to improve your coordination and speed. I think it's very good because it explains in a very simple and understandable way how to improve speed and coordination. The exercises are quite easy to do, so they are suitable for beginners, and I think it is very good that at the end it puts how you have to do the exercises step by step in case you do not understand at first. I think it would be better if you could use another everyday object or just not use anything, because not everyone has these types of stairs in their house.
He elegido comentar este vídeo ya que me parece muy bien como explica a cómo mejorar nuestra coordinación y velocidad. Creo que es muy bueno porque lo explica de una forma muy sencilla y entendible. Los ejercicios son bastante fáciles de hacer, por lo que son aptos para principiantes, esta bastante bien que al final ponga paso a paso cómo tienes que hacer los ejercicios por si no entiendes al principio. Pienso que sería mejor si pudieras usar otro material que se use a diario o simplemente no usar nada, ya que no todo el mundo tienen este tipo de escaleras en su casa.
