I have chosen this video because I think it explains some simple tips to improve your velocity, and I think they are very easy to understand and also easy to do so they are suitable for beginners. I think they are very good advice and that they work very well, because there are times that some advice works for some people but for others and not and I think that these are quite easy for them to work for everyone. I think that these tips help you improve to run fast and that with these tips you can get more benefits from the physical activity you do.

I have lost an interesting and short video and everything is understood very well, as you say the exercises are easy and can be done by any type of person who is interested in running the only one but what I see is that the first day you can not run 45 minutes as you It says there since you will not be able to with your legs, what I would do would be to increase the time of going out for a run the longer you have been, otherwise a video very easy to understand has preceded me.

  3. Hi Alba, my name is Natalia. Thank for update this video, it helps me.

    But I think it is too short for explain all the things necessaries for increase you speed.

    The title says ‘4 Workouts to increase you speed’ but I only can see one, I think is better saw all of them because in only one I can´t understand some things.
    45 minutes running on the training for a principiated is so much, I think if someone want to do this for the fists time, he is not going to complete it.
