I think this exercises is for people with more capacity to do sport but it don´t much difficult. Another exercise I think is very good is one in which you have to sprint to one point and then go one way by jogging and then do another sprint to another point. I think this is a very good exercises to increase your speed because you practice the maximun speed and speed change.

Because the boy explains in detail, each and every one of the exercises that appear in the video, in addition, these exercises are quite simple and easy to carry out. Anyone can do them without having a great physical capacity. I know that some exercises, can be tired, because some people do not have great resistance when it comes to do sport, and they surrender to the minimum. But to achieve great speed when you´re running, it is necessary to first have a good resistance. Some of these exercises are familiar to me, because, I have done them at high school. In general. If you want to increase your speed, this is your video.
