    1 Pylometrics: Is the technique of perform jumps that teach your muscles reach the maximum effort in the shortest possible time
    2 Explosive Movement: This technique performs the balance between speed and vertical jumping
    3 Wall Drive: These exercises are a great way to train by pushing a wall
    4 Box Jumps: Are like Explosive Movement exercises but alternating legs with a small step between
    5 Elastic Bands: Are leg resistance exercises that we perform by joining your leg and wall using a rubber or rope

    And with these 5 exercises I´m sure that we could perform our speed.
