EXERCISES SPEED

  1. I have choosen this video because we have worked with the ladder in class and it shows a lot more exercises to do with it. In this video it shows 44 different exercises with the ladder, it helps to get quicker with the feet so that later you will increase the speed. Each exercise is shown how to do it, with the name of it and another video of the same exercise but in slow motion, so it would be eassier for the people to learn how to do it properly, each exercise is different and very complete and fun.

  2. In this video he show you 44 exercises to improve your speed, what you need is a ladder on the ground, these are some things that teach you in the video:
    1.you have to put one foot in each square
    2,you have to put one foot and then the other in each square
    3. you have to put one foot inside the square and another one outside and alternating them
    4.you have to put the two feet inside the squared and then the two out of the next square (first one and then the other)
    5.you have to jump with the two feet at the same time and then you have to fall once inside the square and the next open your legs.
    All these exercises are done to improve your speed and you have to do them at your maximum speed

  3. Hi, I'm Natalia and I have come to comment or comment on what I think about the exercises to improve speed. I have found this video that I find very interesting since it tells it very well, it teaches it very well and it looks very clear, some of these exercises already We have practiced them in class but nothing happens, we remember it above, I find them very good exercises
    The first exercise is with a ladder on the ground, step with one foot on each one as if you are walking but very quickly, then another exercise is to put both feet in all the holes, another of them is to stand on your side and the same with the Feet the first one in each one and then the two in all the next one is outside outside inside inside this one I like a lot since people who do not have coordination will not be able to do it but those who do have coordination if they can do it on top of it is a very good exercise I like it a lot then let's stand on one side of the ladder and the same outside outside inside inside with the right and with the left
    well and most of the exercises are like this, moving your feet very fast to improve speed in this video there are many exercises it does not last long and they put it from various perspectives so that you can see it well you understand it well and you can do it correctly.
