EXERCISES FOR FOOTBALL

  1. This is a video with exercises to increase your speed in football.
    One exercise I think is very good is the exercise in which you have to drop out of a chair and when you touch the groung you have to jump and then run as fast as you can. But my favorite is the one you have to grab by someone in the back and you have to run and then it lets you go. I think this exercises can increase your speed a lot and if you are doing this exercises during a month you can increase your speed a lot.

  2. I liked this video more than I expected, because even if I don't play football as a regular sport. Who says that these exercises can't be for a person who just wants to improve their speed and nothing else? And although I don't like football very much, I feel like these exercises really help a lot. All these exercises, are very similar to the ones that we do at the physical education subject in high school. So, I can already imagine the speed you can gain if we do them every day. Without further delay. What a wonderful video to start training as a runner.

Hello I'm Hugo Paredes and I have choose this video because I think that is so important the things that he explain and also because I like football but I don´t practise it I think this exercises are so important for football and for other sports like basketball or other sports that you have to have speed reaction and this thing I say also in my video that you have to do this exercises a lot of days not only one because if you do one day you aren´t going to do nothing or you aren´t going to see any differences but if you do a lot of days you are going to see some differences that you have more speed

Hello I´m Alan Rojo i tink this is a great video because they explain you how to increase your speed with different tecnics and exercices that i my point everybody could do , the video has a big variation of exercices for all type of situation like a defend or an attack play they focus in a genereal work out of the body for all kind of play , thanks to this video you can increase your speed on different sports not nly football
