Exercises to train the speed

    I decided to post this video at the blog because I feel that is very explanatory and visual, just because the man teached really good and expressive.
    Also, I like the fact that the man tells in each exercise the muscles that he is working on, and a really good explanation or tricks to do the exercises as better as we could.
    I think this is a very complete and practical training (which consisted in jump squats, jump lunges, lateral bounds, a skips, reverse lunge knee drive, tuck jumps, high knees, heel flicks, kneeling jumps and calf jumps) for winning speed, and you can practice it anywhere because you don’t need too much space and because you don’t need weights as you are using your own body weight.
