I have chosen this video because I think that speed is something really important in basketball, especially explosive speed, to dribble your opponents and to counter attack when you get a rebound. In the video, he explains two drills you can practice for increasing your first step explosiveness, something that is very useful for basketball and also important to perform better in this sport. Then, he explains other four exercises that you can do for a faster first step. I like the video because it is something really important that, if you train in good, you will improve your performance a lot.

  2. I think it is a video which, for basketball players, would be helpful. Speed is important on this sport, but the thing is that speed is important in almost every game or sport you play. I said that this video will be more useful for basketball players than for other people because this video is focused on basketball players. It does not have global exercises that can be used for any sport (ladders, sprints etc., that are very useful for almost every sport), but I understand there must be some specific methods for training speed in every sport.

    I have chosen to comment in this video because usually we relate speed to athletism but speed is also very important in other sports such as basketball or football and it can ve very useful.
    In this video it talks about speed on basketball than in my opinion is very useful to get the ball before the oponents or to run through the other team and in this video you see how to improve your speed with 6 tricks that are very well explained.
