I am Paula Salvador, a student at Colegio San Gregorio and I am going to comment on this video about the different rhythmic gymnastics exercises. The first thing is to start with the basics, it is to open your legs, first you extend one leg and then little by little the second. In the second exercise is to do the somersault, you have to kneel, put your head and push yourself forward with your hands to then be able to get up. The third side wheel, you have to put your hands on the ground and roll with one leg and then raise the other. The fourth handstand with your head, you have to form a triangle with your hands and head and gradually rise. Then the handstand but without supporting the head. The sixth to do the bridge handstand consists of raising the body holding you with the feet and the hands. This is my comment I hope you liked it.
Hi, I'm Noemí Zurita Ángel and I'm going to comment on Paula Salvador Ramos' video. I have chosen this video to comment on since it teaches step by step how to make figures and it is very similar to the one I have commented on. This video is about different gymnastic skills exercises. The first figure that he teaches is very basic, the next one is to do a somersault, which he teaches very well step by step, then he teaches to do the cartwheel, the fourth figure that he teaches is the handstand with the head and the fifth without using the head, let's say the pine, finally the bridge. I hope you liked my coment.
I LIKE THIS VIDEO A LOT BECAUSE THEY EXPLAIN IT IN A WAY THAT PREVENTS YOU FROM HURT, AND WHAT I LIKE IS THAT NOT ONLY ONE GIRL EXPLAINS IT TO YOU, BUT SEVERAL GIRL IN CASE IT DOESN'T COME OUT AS THE GIRL IN THE VIDEO DOES, BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE DOES IT.
