Exercise 1: You climb to a height of about half a meter and as soon as you fall, you connect the jump with a small fence Exercise 2: Perform jumps on one foot alternating it Exercise 3: Do three hurdle jumps and sprint Exercise 4: Go up and down continuously jumping to a height more or less than a bench Exercise 5: Continuous sprint with a weight more than yours Exercise 6: Continuous jumps as long as possible Exercise 7: Sprint you reach a bar that you jump laterally and return to sprint Exercise 8: Sprinting with some pikes in which you brake a little and come out laterally Exercise 9: Sprint to a cone and go back 2 meters and go back and sprint again Exercise 10: Try to run while being grabbed and then sprint
