  1. Hi, I have chosen this video because I wanted to know about a routine of stretches for all the body, I also liked the video because it covers all the body's muscles. This routine can be made after every sports training and also if you would like to improve your flexibility. The coach is doing good, he explains very well the routine, gives some good information and we can see that he knows something about the stretches. This routine is very useful to every type of person, to improve your flexibility or to complete your training and finish is a great way.

  2. I have commented on this video because I found it very interesting to see the somersaults and tricks they do with their gymnastic skills. In this case we are seeing tricks of people who have qualified for the Olympic Games, so they demonstrate their great level under the pressure to represent their country of origin, in addition to being judged by the competition judges. I liked this video basically because they are very difficult to do and I find it very satisfying and aesthetic what they do. In addition to that, it must be very difficult to qualify for tournaments of this size, competitors have to practice a lot.
