CALENTAMIENTO GIMNASIA RÍTMICA

    It begins with a basic exercise of moving the neck, shoulders and hips

    Then they begin to do more concrete things about gymnastics.

    stretch your back, throw your whole body forward until your head touches your feet to get more elasticity, and then do the same exercise but with your legs crossed.

    Then you have to sit on the floor with your legs supported and you have to move the toes of your feet forward and backward.

    Then exercises are done with the legs open.

    The exercises with open legs are exchanged, for example with one leg at ninety degrees, raising the arms and exercises like that.

    Another exercise is to lie face down and do different movements with your legs.

    Then come the exercises while standing, raising one leg to the sides, to the front or something like that.

  2. I think it's a good video to follow a rhythmic gymnastics warm-up at home since it's quite simple because the girl shows how she does each thing, although I don't think everyone can do it since it requires a lot of flexibility and agility.
    The girl begins by warming up the joints that she is going to use to warm up, she goes part by part through the whole body.
    then begin stretching in different positions and with different parts of the body.
    and finally ends up doing some postures in which the main thing is to practice balance.
