  1. this video is about 10 exercices that you can practice anywhere because you don´t need equipment, that means that you work with your body weight. this training will help you with your running speed, change of direction, jumping power. there are 10 exercices in total, that you have to repeat each one for about 1 minute, perhaps it have no pauses. Based on the comments on Youtube this training is very effective. Most people use this trainig to imporve in one spot such as baseball and fotball.
