How to do a Forward Roll (Beginner Gymnastics Tutorial)

  1. It is the first level of forward roll.
    I have chosen this video on how to do the forward roll because it is an easy tutorial to learn and I think it has explained it well, it has explained the things you have to do and the things you don't have to do to get it right. I've also chosen it because I think most people who do the forward roll put first the head in the floor and in the tutorial it tells you to put your neck first, it also teaches you how to do the turn and how to finish standing up.

  2. Hi, I'm Carlos Bravo Gutiérrez and I'm going to talk about how to do a forward somersault. The first thing is to practice starting from the ground on your knees. You put your head on the ground and with your legs and hips you push yourself up and pull yourself forward. After you have practiced that technique you change to doing it with a run. You run a distance of 3 meters and fast by the head and arms on the ground and you push yourself and there you would already have done the somersault. You could also do a somersault in the air.

I'm Naiala López Diez and I choose this video to do my comment because I think that is important to show videos or have someone that teach you how to do it because if you don't do that you can make an injury in some part of your body. From what I can see the boy that teach the other one is a good teacher because he shows perfectly how to do it and also the video is not to large and that is a good point because if the video is too large the people get bored and they stop seen the video.
