I'm Naiala López and I choose this video because the exercises that appear this video are similar to the ones we have done in class. And I think they are easy exercises, although they depend on the person doing them, they may seem difficult. They are basic exercises to start with this type of sport, I think that in some exercises you need resistance in your arms. Before doing this type of exercise you have to warm up your neck, arms, ankles and wrists, I think they are the most important parts to warm up because if you don't you can cause injuries.
I think that its a good video because it incluedes all the and movements of , the girl who appeared do the things very good and very clearly shee don't make mistakes and have everything in controlated, it have very good flexible, I like how flexible she are, the handstand is the most difficult to me, the excersise are very good and I think that it doesn't have mistakes, I would like to do that like that, I like this video to much
