There are ten of gymnastics, artistic, aerobic, rhythmic, acrobatic, on trampoline, general, with oshin apparats, sport and therapeutic. Somersault forwarrd: squat with arms estended forward , drive forward prop your head and roll. Bakflip: it is the some movement as the forward somersault but backwards. Inverted candlestick position: sitting the back is pupported and the legs are raised, arms are supported to helpo each other maintain the position for a few seconds and the force is made with the terminals.Dine: standing one foot forward, the hands go up, al the weight is trown forward, the hands rest on the ground and the feet go up. The wheel: in a standing position raise your arms up.Move one leg forward and put the hand on the some side forward to be able to do the somersault.
