Fast feet exercises to improve your foot speed

  1. hi, I'm sara iglesias & this is my entry for speed´s unit in p.e class. In this video there is a way of training to improve how fast you move your feet, which will help you later to do any speed-related activities. You only need 2 cones/water bottles/socks/shoes that you will place just like the guy does on the video. The first activity, he plays with the balance by moving from one side to other just putting one foot each time, he does that for 30´ just like any other activity he will do. then he zig-zags on the next exercise, on the next one he does a similar activity. then he does an exercise like the first one but without jumping, the last one he just plays going with his legs left-front, right-back (and viceversa) while doing zigzags

  2. Hi, I'm Paula Agudo and I have chosen to comment on my partner's video because it seems to me that the exercise proposed by this man is quite good.
    In the video he explains very well the exercises that he is doing and he also has a timer in the lower left part to see how much time you have left to finish them.
    He also does the exercises with you, so you can chek if you are doing them wrong just by looking at hi.
    As my partner said in her comment, the only things you will be needing are going to be cones, a water bottle and propper shoes.
