Hello nahia, I really liked your video because it is something basic and easy for people, and it does not have any type of complication, therefore it is something entertaining and easy to do in one's free time. I think it's very good that you explain how to stretch so that we don't do any kind of damage or injury. It's very entertaining and sometimes it can be funny when you're trying to do something but it doesn't work out. In short, it is something very entertaining and very simple to do, bye.
