  1. Hi, I'm Héctor de la Hera García, a 4th year ESO student. I found this video very interesting because it teaches you ten explosive (powerful) exercises to improve your running technique, speed and agility. I recommend that you practice these exercises because they will help you a lot. I personally usually see it and at the same time I am practicing and I have noticed improvement when it comes to running. They are short but high-intensity practical exercises to focus on speed and agility and there are also long, low-intensity exercises to focus on endurance. The videos that this guy makes are highly recommended because he helps you through these exercises to have a healthier life.

  2. Hi, I´m Sara and I'm going to make a summary about Hector´s chosen video. The guy that made the recording explains that you don´t need any equipment to replicate the exercises shown. He explains how these exercises will help your explosive speed. They´re jump squats, jump lunges, tuck jumps & "high knees" that's it's like jumping but putting your body at more effort than when you jump normally.
Then there are lateral bounds, jumping side to side basically & "skips", putting your knees up like you're jumping but on a walking motion.
Kneeling jumps is just having to do the motion with the rest of your body to jump.
All of these exercises need maximum force on a short amount of time & that's why they´re great for practicing explosive speed.

  3. Hello, I am iker Rodríguez Rodríguez from the san Gregorio school of 4th of that, and I will comment on the video of my good friend Hector, the cake video about 10 types of explosive exercises running and sprinting, the truth is that those 10 exercises seem to me to be very good and are easy to learn, it is advisable to stretch before and after doing these exercises because if not in the twins and in the quadriceps you will have many stiffness, since the strength is received mostly by these muscles. BYE BYE, Good video hegtor
