The first of them is cable adduction, then calf rise (this can be done anywhere), box jumps, split squats, deadlifts, lat pull down and finally bench press. All of these exercises in one way or another help you to improve your speed and endurance without any injuries.

    I have chosen Paula's video because it deals with speed exercises, and she explains each of them very well. These exercises go step by step so we can understand it well and be careful to put the correct posture, so we don't hurt ourselves at any time. Some exercises need equipment, but you can find an alternative way to do them. These exercises can be done from time to time because they are always good for strengthening the muscles. This video is very useful for us because we don't have a lot of capacity and information about speed exercises.

    This video is useful for people that wants to run better, faster, etc...
    Also for people that goes to the gym and want the same thing is good form to guide this people for what they want using the gym.
    The calf raises part you could do it in a machine doing many repetitions with normal weight for you.
    For new people in the gym in the part of deadlift you should use some dumbells or a hex bar to start beacouse maybe you can make you damage to your body by not doing it in the right way.
