In this video that I have chosen, they explain a series of exercises that we can do before a race or before running. the first exercise they give us is one to run on the spot and then others that are to jump, in the third we have to touch our heels with our hands, and then we alternate legs while we jump, in the fifth exercise we have to run from the inside out and the next one is some lateral jumps and the last one we have to do some jumps like horses, I really liked this video because the exercises are very easy but what I didn't like so much is that they don't explain the video talking and that can make some people not do it as it should be done. My final conclusion is that the video is easy to do if we want a day before going for a run and it is also very short.

  2. Hello, my name is Gadea Vélez and I am going to comment why I have chosen this video. For my point of view, although there is no explanation for each activity, it is still a good video about ways to run at home. I believe this because seeing the video I know how to do all the activities, as the video shows the man doing the exercises. Also, I like the fact that it is a short video because in that way I do not get bored watching the whole video, and I can learn the activities easily in order to do them without needing the video.
