  2. Hi, I am Yeray González and I choose This video because I think that can help me as I don’t have a lot speed and I think that with This tips I can get better a Little. First of all, I like This video because is so clear and explain really well step by step what are the thing that you can’t make when you are doing a speed test for example. Also I recommend This video because appear tips that a lot of people make and few know. A other point that I like of the video is that first explain and then the boy represent the tip.

Hello my name is Diego and I have chose this video becouse is to important to know what are you doing bad and also to resolve it. the first tip is to not tense your arms becouse you can make you feel tired or injured yourself, the second tip is try to not land your feet because you reduce your speed and is better try striking, the third tip is to strech your hamstrings and the fourth tips is not to try make more effort that you can do because you could injured yourself and the fifth and the last is to make drills to improve your movility.   5. Hello my name is Sara Rodríguez, I've choosen this video of my partner Francisco because I think knowing what you are doing wrong while running is very important to improve you running skills. In this video you can see some of the errors we do like having the arms too tense, landing instead of striking, neglecting hip mobility, doing too much too soon and doing drills without understanding them. I like the fact that while the boy is explaining is also representing the action.

  6. Hello my name is Francisco de Dios Rojo, i am a student of 4º ESO of San Gregorio.
    I choose this video because i think is interesant to know what things we can do wrong when we are sprinting and the things you can do to do it better.
    Like he say is important to not be tense, the position of the feets when they go down the floor, going whith the back straigly, do the training but not to much, runing with the best position you can and not doing things you think are good to go faster because you dont know it and you can be doing wrong.
