POSTURA PARA EL SPRINT

  1. Hi, I'm Alba and I have chosen this video because during the evaluation we have been doing activities that involved speed and at the end of the evaluation we have done a 20 meters sprint test. In this video it is to improve our posture during the race because it usually fails us. Peio always tells us that our score would improve a lot more if we have a good posture and if we stretch well. I think that watching this video I've already got a lot of tips for any activity we do, this video explains very well several exercises and tells you what makes you improve that exercise.

  2. I liked this video that my partner Alba published to achieve greater efficiency when running. First, it gives us some examples to adapt to before starting to run. how to divide our body into two parts to run better. and then he gives us some exercises to practice so that we don't injure ourselves. In general, I liked this video a lot. At the end of the video the boy teaches us to do some exercises to have more balance when running because it is very important and that we have more speed. I like how the boy explains it to us because he does it very clearly and it is very easy to understand how the exercises are done.

Hola mi nombre es Palmira y este video muestra una técnica para correr de una manera mas rápida y como es obvio habla de la postura inicial y esta clarísimo que la postura no tiene que se para nada estética y que no hay necesidad de que sea y para eso se necesita una comodidad de postura para la salida para una mejor eficacia de la misma aunque al principio no va a ser nada cómodo pero a través del entrenamiento se obtendrá un buen resultado
