Hello I am Rafael Maestro, a 4th student of ESO, i have chosen this video because is short and also he explain you the differents steps to be the best running fast, he explain how you have to put all parts of your body to run best, strengthens the lower back, buttocks, abdomen to prevent twisting of the body, you should do a warm up that this increases blood flow and temperature of the muscles, say that is very important to drink water in short times, 4 tips always before run, are warm up, drink water and hydrates. A very interesting video for all people.

I'm Rodrigo and I choose my friend Rafael's video because I find it interesting, to begin the video he explains the difference between a sprinter and a marathon runner, then he gives you a series of exercises to improve strength, then he tells you movements you don't have to do if you want to run fast, then he tells you 4 tips that are to warm up, hydrate, consume carbohydrates and various exercises that he also explains and to finish he summarizes the video. It is a video that is easy to undestand because it puts several sample shots and can improve everyone's speed because you don’t need many materials.
