Distance Running Tips: How to Run Further and Faster with Mechanics and Physiology

  1. Hi I'm Carolina and this video I have chosen gives us some workouts to train our mechanics and our physiology to run as fast and far as we can. It is a short video that explains in a simple way different aspects in which we can improve. For example, for rotation he explains that we should keep our shoulders square and straight. When he explains it he shows us in few videos some examples, this helps our visual memory to remember and when we are going to run or at some point we do something that should be improved, our mind remembers and corrects it. It also provides us with some exercises to work on our physiology. It is a video with simple concepts that surely help us to improve.
