This routine is very useful to every type of person, to improve your flexibility or to complete your training and finish is a great way.

It seems to me that it gives good information as it explains how to stretch each part of the body, the bad thing about this is that you yourself will have to know which part of the body you have to stretch depending on the physical exercise you have done, the person who does it explains well how to do it. The reason why I have chosen this video to comment is because stretching is a very important part when we do excercise, and many times people forgot to do this. If we skip the stretching after doing excercise we can have an injury, so it's very important to stretch your muscles after doing excercise and also to warm up them before starting. We need to give more importance to the muscle stretching, because as we can get injuried if we don't do this, we could have lots of problems due to this.
